The Foundations course is based on a common set of terminologies. Having a shared language is important for any discussion around the business model/operating model and understanding how to operationalize work through GBS.

The three pillars modules that build on that foundation are: Service Management, Operations Management, and Transformation Management.

The overarching module, Leadership, incorporates the skills and knowledge needed to truly liaise with the business.
